I learned to cook in my home kitchen when I was young, then sharpened my craft at the Portland Culinary Institute. I’ve continued to hone my skills by cooking for family and friends, bringing both professionalism and warmth to every table.

10/10 Private Chef Experience! I cannot recommend Chef Don Carr and Inspired Dining enough! Truly a 10/10 experience from beginning to end. Don, Bethany, and Hayden were the perfect team for our event and absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, communication with Don was quick and easy. He immediately understood exactly what we were envisioning and made the entire planning process feel effortless. Inspired Dining also offers so many additional services, which made it easy to customize the experience, but there was never any pressure to add things we didn’t want or need. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about our entire experience, not just the meal. At one point, Don was even trying to help us figure out why the hot tub at our rental wasn’t working! ???? It’s those little things that show you they truly care about the people they’re serving. And the food… AMAZING. Everything was incredibly flavorful, portions were generous, and they did not skimp on a single thing. There was never a beat missed throughout the night. Our drinks were always taken care of, there was plenty of everything, and somehow they managed to be attentive without ever interrupting the flow of our evening. The cherry on top was walking into the kitchen at the end of the night and realizing everything was completely cleaned and put back together like they had never even been there. We got to enjoy the entire evening without worrying about a thing. Chef Don, Bethany, and Hayden helped make our night so special, and I would hire them again and again without hesitation. If you’re considering Inspired Dining for a private chef experience or special event, BOOK THEM. 10/10 across the board!
